ANS believes that a school is a place in which every individual should be nurtured and provided with differentiated learning opportunities to achieve his/her utmost potential. We stress the right of all students to progress intellectually, emotionally, and socially according to their abilities, while maintaining a sense of dignity and developing a positive self-concept.

To observe this policy, the school holds on-going workshops for teachers on differentiating instruction, understanding learning challenges, and using a variety of resources and teaching methods, etc.

ANS offers a support program for students with learning challenges. It provides in-class support which is achieved by the presence of a shadow teacher inside the class, or out-class support whereby students divide their school day between the resource room and the classroom. The program also includes ASL, ESL classes for students lacking language skills in English or in Arabic.

ANS also offers a variety of academic programs that cater to different needs and abilities. The programs offered are: the National Program, with a choice of literary, scientific, informatics streams, and the IB Program.

An Enrichment Program is also offered to all students to encourage them to strive for excellence while identifying gifted and talented students and assisting them to utilize and accomplish their fullest potential.
